• Deposits are generally instant — funds are credited to your balance within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad.
• Withdrawal processing times are 5–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and 2–6 hours for bank transfers.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance is held separately and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

Once a bet is confirmed on bn77, it generally cannot be cancelled. In some cases, you may be able to settle a bet early using the cash-out feature.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• bn77 is not responsible for odds changes in Sports Betting — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• In live games, the dealer's ruling is considered final.
• Winnings displayed incorrectly due to a system error may be subject to correction.

Bn77 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all game outcomes, which is regularly audited by an independent third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the required wagering conditions.

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
